At Coresheir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day no-hassle return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

  • You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
